The oil extracted from these Sicilian olives is pure and unfiltered, resulting in a cloudy, green, and flavorful olive oil with notes of artichoke, almonds, and herbs. This EVOO has a grassy and buttery flavor profile with a mild pepper finish. Paesano Unfiltered EVOO is a cold-pressed olive oil that is produced within eight hours of picking the olives. This process and the resulting flavors have earned this Italian EVOO three gold medals and one "Best of Class" title at the L.A. County Fair, and another gold medal at the world's biggest olive oil competition, NYIOOC.
