The Amarettino d'Italia 100g biscuits in a stand-up pouch is a smaller version of the Amaretto d'Italia. With a typical bitter-sweet taste from the apricot kernels, the Amarettino d'Italia are the perfect size for decorating desserts or cakes.
For over 100 years, the Vicenzi brand has enchanted us with its Amaretto D'Italia. With its round shape and its typical taste, the Amaretto is known as one of the most famous traditional Italian pastries and therefore enjoys worldwide popularity.
As early as the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, the unique recipe was already widely used. However, it was Vicenzi's Amaretto d'Italia that was the first in Italy to receive product certification.
The story began in 1905 in a small bakery in San Giovanni Lupatoto (Verona), where Matilde Vicenzi first produced the popular pastry. Due to the great demand, in 1968 her grandson, Giuseppe Vicenzi, took the first steps towards industrial production by introducing the first automatic production line for the pastry.
Following Matilde Vicenzi's traditional Italian recipe, the delicious Amaretto D'Italia biscuits are made with a delightful dough of sugar, egg whites and apricot kernels.
The latter provide the unique bitter-sweet taste that can seduce even the most refined palate.
Ingredients:
