Designed and signed by the master pastry chef Sal De Riso specifically for the new 2 kg line, it is type "0" flour with wheat germ, which represents an important resource as well as from a nutritional point of view also from a gustatory point of view. allowing to enhance the aromas of baked goods. This cake flour is produced with a selection of the highest quality grains and is ideal for the production of leavened cakes. Intended use: flour for cakes and leavened pastries. If mixed 50% with “Sal De Riso - Torte” flour it becomes the ideal base for puff pastry desserts.
