Sal De Riso
- Cakes Designed and signed by the master pastry chef Sal De Riso specifically for the new 2 kg line, it is type "1" flour rich in fiber, with wheat germ, which represents an important resource as well as from a nutritional point of view also from the point of view of taste, allowing to enhance the aromas of baked goods. This cake flour is produced with a mixture of specific grains for the production of shortcrust pastry, sponge cake and cakes. The dough is easy, fast and very homogeneous. The finished product is well balanced in structure and particularly crumbly.
Intended use:
flour for cakes ideal for the production of pies, biscuits and sponge cake. If mixed 50% with “Sal De Riso - Lievitati” flour it becomes the right base for puff pastry desserts.
