Easy as boiling pasta!

I discovered this item on a local walking food tour in Naples, Italy. I bought several for gifts and kept a couple for myself. While the instructions on your product calls for the addition of tomato sauce, I prefer an oil and garlic base. I hydrate the ingredients with some water and chicken stock; burn off the excess liquid; add the extra virgin olive oil and garlic; add the chosen pasta. Pecorino cheese completes the dish.
