Scyavuru Orange Blossom Honey has an intense aroma and is produced only with the nectar of the sweetest Sicilian orange groves. It is indicated in cases of migraine, insomnia, tachycardia, it can be substituted for sugar, as it is very sweet, therefore also excellent in the preparation of sweets. Produced by bees obtained through different processing steps, elimination of the wax layer by uncapping; extraction from the cells and subsequent purification of the thinnest layers of wax and any impurities. Finally, for a period of time that depends on the viscosity and temperature of the honey, it is decanted to move on to the final potting phase.
