Grown in the unique volcanic soil from Mt Vesuvius of the sun-drenched Campania region of southern Italy, La Valle’s signature San Marzano tomatoes are harvested at the height of maturity and carefully preserved in state-of-the-art facilities according to time-honored traditions carried on by the descendants of founder Alfonso Sellitto. Zesty and aromatic, brilliant in color and robust in consistency, they are prized by leading chefs and cookbook authors on both sides of the Atlantic.

La Valle’s product line has grown to include an array of nutritious vegetables and olive oil, all of which are integral to the healthful Mediterranean diet.
