Love me some pulpo!

I've loved octopus for decades, and fell even hard for them after a trip to Spain and Portugal, during which I ate pulpo everyday. Nothing will achieve that experience, but this tinned octopus from Matiz was delicious and I am happy to have found it. I will be stocking up on several cans. So far, it has been great on crackers with some lemon, or warmed in olive oil with paprika and parsley for a simple pasta topping.
