Agricola del Sole Sugo al Basilico is ideal for preparing first courses with fresh homemade pasta or Agricola del Sole “I Tipici” such as Foglie d'Ulivo or Cavatelli, traditional Apulian pasta, whose texture perfectly retains creamy seasonings. It is also perfect to season pizza or to fill traditional Apulian panzerotti.
