Cuoco is the best

My Nani made pasta con sarde from scratch and even grew her own fennel.We have a recipe fro Cuoco that tastes just like hers. She and Nanno were born in Sicily. We even use the toasted bread crumbs.

Authentic Sicilian treat!

This sauce is the same as it was for the past 60 years and I'm so thankful to have it again of the same quality and in the same yellow can!! Savory sardine goodness served over spaghetti with a crumble of toasted breadcrumbs on top, so good! Just like I had in Sicily !!!
