Ready made tomato sauce with anchovies and fennel.
INGREDIENTS: siccagno tomatoes 80%, anchovies 5%, fennel 4%, extra virgin olive oil 3%, onion, salt, wine, pepper.
USE: ready made sauce for pasta or rice, ideal for the Sicilian traditional “Pasta con le sarde a mare” ; it can also be used as a base or an addition to several other dishes.
The product contains neither preservatives nor dyes nor thickeners and in any case no other substance besides the declared ingredients.
