Ready-to-cook pasta, rice and corn pasta topped with dried porcini mushrooms. Pack of 250 g. Gluten free pasta.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Pasta (corn and rice flour) 94% (Italy), porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 5%, chives, parsley.
Pour the contents of the package into a non-stick pan. Cover the pasta with 600 ml of boiling water (or vegetable broth to give it more flavor). Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon of fine salt and start cooking over medium heat. When the mix begins to boil, turn the heat down to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 10 minutes. When the water is absorbed, the pasta is ready. It should be slightly al dente. Add more hot water a little at a time if you prefer the pasta to be more cooked. Remove from the heat and it is optional to add grated Parmesan and a tablespoon of cream.
