      This is what we wanted. Another supplier sent us citron which has a greenish tinge but the flavor is very similar to lemon. My wife makes about 20 Stollen each year and is very satisfied with this lemon peel and will continue to get this.

      I ordered these because I needed it for my Lebkuchen and Stollen recipes. Before ordering, I attempted to make my own. I bought a bunch of lemons, peeled them, and cooked them. It was expensive and a real pain to make. This was so much easier.
