Synonymous with the culture and history of Modena, the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. it owes its existence to the climatic characteristics of the territory, to which human knowledge and knowledge are added. The result is an exclusive and distinctive product that has its roots in the time of the ancient Romans.
It is out of respect for traditions that the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. was born over 30 years ago. Antiqua: only wine vinegar from Italian grapes and cooked must from selected typical vines.This delicate dressing is obtained by mixing fresh apple juice with naturally acetified apple cider and an aliquot of Balsamic Vinegar. The blend thus obtained is then refined in French oak barriques.
The result is an apple vinegar characterized by a light acidity and a pleasant bouquet of fruity and vanilla notes.
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar (apple cider), concentrated apple juice, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI.
Aging: Aged in French oak barrels
