On the nose it is fruity and delicate, characterized by notes of fresh almond, heart of artichoke, green apple and field herbs with a pleasant vanilla finish. The taste is elegant with evident vegetal notes, pleasantly spicy with a pleasant bitter finish.
At sight it is yellow with clear green reflections.
