This excellent extra virgin olive oil comes from the Garda region in North-Eastern Italy. It is produced in limited quantities, by the meticulous selection of Casaliva and Leccino olives. Once ripe, the olives are harvested by hand, then immediately pressed. This oil has a clear, gold and warm colour, with green accents. Its delicately fruity aroma is persistent and characterized by a unique floral fragrance. The Mirum oil can be easily recognized by its after-taste of almonds. We recommend pairing Mirum with white meat, cooked vegetables and seafood. It is also delicious when added to sauces.
