Bonetto Cream prepared with selected artichokes, oil and aromas. Ideal for seasoning pasta, creaming risotto, for fillings and soups, for filling pizzas and bruschetta and for savory pastries.
Ingredients: Artichokes, extra verging olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, hot pepper, salt. Acidity correctors: citric and lactic acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic L acid.
