Villa Clementina Mussini,
aged vinegar, cooked grape must. aged to perfection over 6 yars
Is a greatly versatile balsamic, used fresh or heated. of a good density and optimal balance between the sweet and sour, it is characterised by overtones of mature fruits, liquorice and black pepper
Look for the letters IGP on the label, which stands for “protected geographical indication,” and means that the vinegar was produced and bottled in Modena, Italy. Though not quite as rigorous as the criteria for tradizionale vinegars, this geographic designation ensures a certain, controlled standard of quality
This balsamic vinegar is the absolute best I have ever had! It not super acidic, a little sweet. I don’t know how I will ever have any other!!
I bought it as a gift to my brother and he said he liked it.
Fantastic and affordable!
So delicious! I could drink this like wine!
My family and I went Modena and got some of this Balsamic vinegar from a store in the downtown. I wanted more.
