We basically make everything from scratch around here except out pasta. We received a pasta maker for the holidays and read this was one of the best products to use. I found recipe that consist of 2 1/2 cups of this flour, 1 tsp salt, 1tbsp olive oil, and 4 eggs. It came out amazing!!! I'm glad I purchase 2 bags during checkout. I'll be using it for breads as well in the near future. I will definitely be ordering more from this site as you all are cheaper and it got here very fast!!!
