PREPARATION:
MICROWAVE – Place the bowl in the microwave without removing the protective foil and heat for 90 seconds at 750/900 Watts (medium-high).
OVEN – Remove the protective film, place the tray directly in the oven pan and heat for 8-10 minutes at 180° c.
