
This classic recipe from the Italian canning tradition is a triumph of color and freshness. Giardiniera Saclà can be presented in small tastings at the time of the appetizer, as in the Piedmontese tradition, served as is or adding tuna and olives. Ideal for enriching the flavor of salads and main courses, it can also be used as an ingredient in a Russian salad.
