Ragusano is a DOP Sicilian cheese that gets its name from Ragusa, located at the southern tip of the Italian island. The cow’s milk for this cheese comes from cows of the famed Iblei Mountains. The resulting cheese has a stringy texture with a slightly spicy flavor. Enjoy with a glass of bold red wine.
