It is prepared, processed, stored, transported according to the best technological and hygienic standards.
It is free from foreign substances, impurities of any origin and entity, free from foreign smells and tastes, from contamination, insect and rodent residues or other.
It is free from antimicrobial substances, preservatives, additives and technological adjuvants of any kind.
It complies with EC Reg. 1881/2006 and subsequent amendments regarding the content of contaminants.
It complies with EEC Reg. 396/2005 and subsequent amendments regarding the maximum levels of pesticides and pesticides in food products.
ORIGIN Product
extracted in Italy from olives grown in Italy.
QUALITATIVE CHARACTERISTICS COLOR
Clear gold, with a slight green note.
SMELL Fruity, fragrant and pleasant (absence of rancid, moldy or other odors).
TASTE
Sweet almond, clear, savory, reminiscent of that of the olive, without defective aftertaste of earth, mold, heat, rancid and persistent bitterness.
APPEARANCE
Unfiltered raw product, any residues on the bottom are synonymous with authenticity and absolutely do not affect the quality of the product.
