Gianni Calogiuri Fig Vincotto is made from Negroamaro and Malavasia grapes and figs. The grape must is aged for four years in oak barrels. Figs are then added to enhance fig flavor and aroma. Vincotto Fig is marvelous for meats, sauces, ice cream, salads, and many other dishes. Use Vincotto Fig in your Italian cooking.

This balsamic is awesome on salads, cheeses, drizzled on flatbread.... The texture is perfect. I can find it locally occasionally but not all the time so was glad to find your website!
