Description: Wild fennel and Extra virgin olive oil.
Use: Wild fennel cream with raisins excellent to give an extra touch to the first courses with anchovy and breadcrumbs, to enhance a fish dish or simply for an aperitif on a slice of toasted bread with a drizzle of oil.
