My first taste was straight from the bottle, and I was amazed and sold! I absolutely adore this vinegar! No matter what I put it on, it brings out notes of sweetness that are to die for!! I have used mine most recently when making chicken salad that had cranberries and walnuts in it, and this vinegar kicks it into "awesome" mode! I also sprinkle it on cut up cucumbers with a touch of salt & pepper, and viola, best tasting cukes ever! I highly recommend this to anyone.

This is pricey for vinegar, but it is DELICIOUS. Just a few drops turns any steamed veggie into a real treat. Also fab in salads and sandwiches.
