
Extra virgin olive oil is the perfect complement to succulent olives combined with garlic and chilli. They can be used as appetizers, added to mixed salads, to simply garnish pizzas, focaccias or pasta sauces. In this recipe, the flavoured and perfumed oil can be used for cooking or to dress salads.
