I have a family member that is very sensitive to flour and this doesn't bother him at all. He can now enjoy pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc. with this flour. Italian flour is non-gmo and not treated with pesticides which is why I chose to purchase. Will buy again.

I’m so impress with this flour. My bread was so perfect. The texture was so light and fluffy. I wish I could purchase in a larger bag.

I bought this for health-driven reasons, but I'm pleasantly surprised all around with regards to taste and texture. There's a measurable difference. I'll be using for everything now.

I was skeptical that there could be that much difference between this flour and what I buy here in the U.S. but, the difference is amazing. I made cherry pies this weekend with a crumb topping and both the crust and the topping had such a soft, delicate consistency. I look forward to baking cookies with this flour!
